your privacy matters. this policy explains what information i collect when you book a reading or contact me, how i use it, and how it's protected.

information i collect

when you book a reading or fill out an intake form, i collect:

• your name and email address
• a photo of you (optional, but helps me tune into your energy)
• your Instagram handle (optional alternative to a photo)
• for Soul Readings: date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (for your astrology layer)
• any context you share about your question, situation, or focus area

when you make a payment, your payment details are handled securely by my third-party payment processor (Stripe). i do not see or store your credit card information — i only receive confirmation that payment was made.

how i use your information

i use your information only to:

• deliver the reading you paid for
• communicate with you about your booking
• send you your reading and any follow-up messages
• respond to questions or concerns you send me

i don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. ever.

how your data is stored

intake form submissions come to me via email and a secure form provider. photos you send are retained alongside your submission. i retain your information only as long as i need it to deliver your reading and for reasonable follow-up afterward.

your rights

you can at any time:

• request a copy of any information i have about you
• request that i delete your information
• ask questions about how your data is used

cookies & tracking

this website uses cookies and similar tracking to understand how visitors use the site and to help me send relevant emails to people who've opted in. specifically:

• an analytics/email tool sets a cookie to recognize returning visitors and track page views, clicks, and form submissions.
• if you submit a form, your email and name are associated with your browsing history on this site, so i can personalize emails i send you.
• the payment page (hosted by my payment processor) may set its own cookies when you check out.
